What does homemade lemonade mean?
Our magnets are homemade and sweet like homemade lemonade*
It's a fun saying we made up, like "what's up, buttercup?"
*sorry we don't actually sell lemonade
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes, we love bulk orders! If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of personalised photo magnets for business advertising or gift shop merchandise, please contact us a hello@homemadelemonade.co.nz for more information on pricing and available options
What if I have less than 9 photos of my own to upload?
We recommend get multiples of the same images to gift family members and friends.
When you upload your photo, you can select duplicate to create a copy and fill your order up to 9 images.
Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship NZ wide but shipping to Australia will be available in the future. Please use our Contact page if you have a specific international shipping questions
How long will it take to get my order?
We do our best to process all orders on the same business day or the following morning. Typically it takes less than one week to receive your order in NZ once its been shipped. Some remote areas may take slightly longer
Returns
Can I return my product?
We take immense pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us for assistance within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue
What is your return policy?
As our products are made to order, returns or refunds are generally not accepted. In rare cases however, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect due to to an error on our behalf, please contact us through our contact page or email us at hello@homemadelemonade.co.nz with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
